Though he was reluctant to do so, mainly if there were other people around who didn't know a lot about it in the first place, Shirou was avoiding using his magecraft until it was necessary to keep something steady. It was for that very reason that when everyone was gone for the day (possibly even during the night) that he'd bring along a friend who could help him add the finishing touches to the storage room to preserve the food they got. Though he wouldn't bring anything up unless anyone else did. For now, Shirou was an ordinary human working hard to make ends meet in this world and help everyone out.
"Oh... Ah," he scratched the back of his head as he approached the girl before patting his hands. "Thank you. It's still a work in progress, but hopefully we should have a place we can keep food in cold storage longer."
