Dans le brouillard de la peur...

| characters | Alla (In monster form) and you?

| date/time | September 18th through the 25th

| location | All around the tree or inside homes

| rating | All Ages (Will be updated as needed)

| summary | Having transformed, Alla is forced to send his spots to feed off of everyone's fears. He can also be found wandering/exploring outside the tree at night...

Confining himself to his room during daylight hours has done Alla little good. He would've normally molted back into a human form, yet his hunger pains sharpened his appetite, preventing the gradual reverse transformation. He was hurt, weakened, a little unstable with intense hunger. Some days shot past like dreams, while others dragged much like a prolonged nightmare, one he couldn't wake from. Despite not wanting to, the young lad was forced to send his spots out to gather fear from unsuspecting folks.

Prompt 1:
Dark spheres float through the air like large dandelion puffs, as if carried by an intangible breeze. They hover in shadows, cling to walls, and skim floors, to avoid being seen. However, the tree is unfamiliar territory, so they're bound to slip up in their pursuit.

Prompt 2:
Slithering under doors, the black circles seek fear. Their goal is to brush up against sleeping folks and coerce nightmares to form. Should the spots succeed, they'll twitch and tremble with excitement before retreating the way they came.

Prompt 3:
During the night and twilit hours, a shadow tromps about outside the tree. Closer inspection reveals the creature has two curved horns, large fluffy ears of opposite coloring, and long, ink-dark hair. Despite wearing an outfit of purplish foliage, no wings adorn the creature. Only the echo of hooves follow him. He can be found combing the mist and exploring. Other times, he seems to just wander, especially near the edge of the stream.
