Drat- this girl found him out already? He supposed that if there was magic already involved with this world and there were others that were aware of its existence, it made things easier. Whoever this girl was, Shirou suddenly felt himself lightly flushing in embarrassment. He really did leave himself out in the open to be exposed like this, didn't he? The bacon and eggs forgotten for the time being, he glanced to the butcher's knife in his hand before finally explaining.

"Oh that." Very smooth, Shirou. "It's called Projection. It's kind of like you said. I just make it appear out of thin air using magic." That was only skimming the surface, to be frank. But he wasn't sure if he had to go into detail with somebody he didn't know knew a lot about it or not.
