Though Shirou wouldn't wake up for some time, it seemed that Fuu's intervention seemed to work in time. It wasn't pleasant, but the hole that was previously gaping now was beginning to show signs of life. The bleeding soon stopped too, flesh beginning to overwrite the previous inflicted injury. It was slow, one could look away and look back and not notice the difference immediately due to how terrible the wound was before.
