| summary | With egg & bacon in tow, Shirou tries to share what he can amongst anyone who may want something different from the typical food at the altar. They'll need to find a way to store the leftovers though.

The egg was good, the bacon still fresh- but they only had so much time before their efforts to pool together and gather these rare treats would go to waste. It was remarkable, seeing Saber take charge of the situation and showing authority that he couldn't help but admire. Ultimately, there was no time like the present to get started on what would be the beginnings of cold storage. It was going to put Shirou to the test if he had any plans of reinforcing the makeshift walls and whatever else they had planned in order to create something that could properly keep these items from perishing so easily.

There was also a matter of splitting up the supplies... There was enough here for a considerate amount of people though. He and whomever wanted to help could handle it.

The witch rolled her eyes. "It takes much more than a ward like that to really be an issue." She shrugged then. "I don't got a reason to break it down, but I hope she moves the damn thing so people can knock. How else are people gonna be able to come over to borrow sugar?"

Or steal magic. "Tea without sugar just sucks. Hey, what's your name, anyways?"

"Yeah...that'd make sense, to be honest." He wouldn't suggest it to her now though, but Marisa did have a good idea about moving the distance of the bounded field. Even by a few feet so they could get to the door easier. Just when he was about to ask about the sugar, curious how they could get it unless it was from the market, she asked another question he couldn't ignore.

"Oh, I'm Shirou Emiya. Nice to meet you and sorry for trying to deceive you earlier. You are?"

"I suppose I can forgive you this time." Which would be a funny thing for Shirou to hear if he had any idea how easily Marisa lied when it suited her.

"Marisa Kirisame," she supplied with a wink.

And of course, Shirou couldn't tell when she was lying or not. Considering that he just met her and her tone didn't indicate anything of the sort, so he just continues on with a friendly smile. "Got it. Thanks for understanding."

A beat.

"So, Kirisame-san... I'm guessing you got here around the same time that we did?"

"That I did." She pointed upward. "I'm staying up on the crystally level. Tell you what, Shirou..." Marisa just didn't do formalities for the most part. "If Rin can't make the cooler thing work, gimme a holler."

She grinned. "Because I can."

Shirou already had his suspicions when she spoke of being able to break down Rin's bounded field, but when she spoke of making the cooler idea work (with gusto and confidence), it only confirmed them. Not that he felt he was in any real danger around her; she didn't give any hostile vibes. Not that he'd have to use it here (hopefully), but that just meant that if she was a magus, his Reality Marble would have to remain hidden still. This was assuming that she was from the association too...

"Ah, you're a magus too." His tone didn't imply any disdain, more of an observation.
