[ While the Amber activates, nothing is seen, covered up slightly- intentional maybe. It's clear though when the female voice filters through that the girl is speaking to the 'network' or anyone who can hear her. Some might recognize her voice, too, if they've spoken in the past. It's not that big of a deal in the end, but it may be a little embarrassing which is why she prefers speaking like this while holding the glass like rock. ]

What do you do when you can't sleep?

That is... what would someone suggest for prolonged nightmares?

That is...if I think about various things too deeply, I see those scary delusions and nightmares even when awake. It's worse at night, but... it can happen when I am up and about, too.

[ Hmm. ] How about trying to think about the positive things?

I guess holding tight to the positive experiences is my best bet, then.

[ Putting aside whatever it is that is affecting her right now, she thinks she's had a very good life, with plenty of happy moments. ]

It doesn't hurt it think about the things we can be grateful for.
