Those that serve have earned the right of a name. Make them known. Confirm names.
[The words are gone, instead showing a crystal sword being broken into three pieces and reassembled again over and over.]

[Ivaera pauses in front of them mirror, uncertain why she lingers. Sharing secrets isn't something easily done on her part, let alone to a mirror. But curiosity gnaws at her, and after several instances where she reaches the mirror only to depart, the elf woman finally stands her ground. She chooses an hour in which others are unlikely to be present, and observes the nearby area to be absolutely certain that she's alone before finally deciding to speak aloud, her voice a near-whisper.]

Ruck's mother will never know the truth about his death. She thinks he died heroically; I only said this to give her peace of mind. The truth is that he was a ghoul when I found him, deeply tainted and mad. His life was a miserable shell of what it was; I chose to end it for him.

[That's it for the moment; she wants to see what will happen before sharing anything else.]

[Interesting. Raising an eyebrow, Ivaera reaches for the vial and inspects it. She might have to test this soon, though her attention is then drawn to the tally mark. If she shares another, will the same thing happen or something different? Only one way to find out. Again, her voice is soft and barely audible.]

I almost agreed to a ritual which would have spared a possessed child's life, at the expense of his mother's. She was willing to sacrifice herself, but the thought of it still sickens me. If we had not found help from the Circle, it would have been his life or hers. I...couldn't kill a child. The others with me knew what was at stake, but I don't think any of them knew how tempted I was.

[She'll have to inspect this glitter dust and see what it does...but it might be helpful to have another sample. Deciding that this will be her last time -she doesn't want to share too many of her secrets, after all- Ivaera speaks again.]

...I'm still haunted by the atrocities at the Circle Tower. It was my home for so long, and Uldred along with his followers defiled it. All I know is that I...enjoyed killing him. More than I want to admit.
