It's still early in the morning as the increasing winds roar outside the little fairy homes, rustling the small balconies and gusting slightly through the crack in the fourth floor wall. It's nothing but a bit of bad weather, something the week has been full of.

...that is, until a deafening crack is heard outside the tree, only to thunder into the tree itself with such force that it shakes the whole trunk.

The air is quickly filled with ash and soot, blackening everything outside.

[ Illya herself is covering her mouth with one arm to not get the ash and soot in her mouth, the other hand is holding onto Ruby. She's trying to make sure that everybody is safe and away from harm first and foremost. ]

Yeah, that's why I want to either destroy the other tree or push it towards the other direction.

Destroying it will only drop more ash on us....but how would we destroy it?

[Pushing it away...did Zagan have that kind of power? If home yes, but he hasn't tried to use it much since he got here....

and what he has done is very limited.]

People would need various magics to push it away. Wind would especially useful, either way.

That depends on how you destroy it, right? If we do it in a manner where it would fall in the other direction, it should be fine.

[ She folds her arms mulling things over in her head. ]

I don't have any wind magic, but I can definitely use something to fan out the ashes.

That would take major force...or something to pull it back beyond the mist.

[Should be an easy task...]

It would be easier to manage if we didn't risk suffocation from falling ash and soot.

Mm, that's going to be a problem. I can use Ruby to slash at the currents to move the pollution out of the air and then use Nine Lives to destroy the tree... Or possibly ask Saber-san to help out since her sword would probably also redirect it.

the problem is going to be the mist. We're stuck on this side of it.

It's fine. If we time it to a point where the falling tree is barely on our side and then hit it like a baseball, we should be okay.

If we can't hit it towards the other direction, at the very least, we can slice it in half so it falls in another direction regardless.
