[Saber's face immediately appears on the amber surface and, from behind her, there are glimpses of Chime's recently opened shop.]

Good morning. To those who were not aware, the spirit known as Chime has just opened her shop and brought wares that are not available to us in the tree. [She is inwardly pleased to know that means this creature too can leave the tree somehow, but she will try to communicate with her later.] However, these items are not free and we cannot afford them alone. Their stock seems to be very limited as well. The answer is obvious, many of us surely have concluded that the solution is reuniting with close allies to purchase the desired ware with them, but I will suggest something else.

[She has been speaking about this matter with some people already, but she has had no time to propose an assembly outdoors to discuss the organization overall they could have to improve their lives and call a vote. She pauses to make her proposal.]

There are basic items such as food or the string of yarn, among others, that are of a general interest. Why do not we, the potential purchasers, donate them in benefit of all of us? We should assign a space as a storeroom to keep all what belongs the community and be sure that they are given a fair use.

[If this is accepted, she will bring up the delegated tasks for those who are specialized in different fields to optimize their lifestyles. Because raw ingredients could be better utilized in hands of good cooks than inexpert ones.]

If you do not agree, it is fine. I only wanted to address that, for the time being, we are expected to live together and a cohesive group stands stronger than one that lives with cordial divisions.

And when they are not extensions of Nature, they are phenomena made by men's collective wishes and wills.

[At least in most of their appearance. The Torrans are involved somehow. Probably the Medium, Ill Ilah and Alma Torran too, though how much he knows on those are up in the air.

Can they stretch across such vast distances?]

No, among the Spirits, there are those you can call gods as well, Divine Spirits. He, Merlin, used to say that they are also either manifestations of nature or born from men's wishes and imagination which eventually reduced them to phenomena with the passage of time.

[She tilts her head while she explains this, frowning slightly.]

Belief and faith are strong weapons that humanity wields without knowing how much they can change unconsciously. As it is their intelligence. [She points out. Enough that their collective wills became sentient in Alaya. The World. The Entity she struck a deal with in exchange of the Holy Grail.] The planet itself changed, the era I lived was one of passage, between the age of gods to the age of men.

Beliefs are just opinions people use against one another.

[Even planets change, he can see that as a point to be used as an example to keep moving and not 'stand still'. A case to keep Ruhk white and not 'Fall'.]

We have more magi [or had.] and more Metal Vessel users then any other recorded point in history. I think our world is going to change soon.

[Who decides that change remains to be seen.]

Some stories start as facts. [Her legend for example.] That is one way to see this. [But don't wishes change the world? Did not them warp nature to make it more friendly to humans?] Perhaps your time is still in the era of mysteries, the one of gods or the equivalent, but if it is a similar example from mine, it only means that will inevitably conclude and become the era of civilization in the future.

[Nature and men at odds and the world layer protecting what men built.]

Magic will fade greatly if this comes to be.

[It's hard to think of home that way. With so many 'kings' it was bound to change somehow. The how depended on which king ultimately won. There's so much to think about.]

A place like my father and brothers imagined, where people like the witch who's haunted my family never existed, people like my uncle and cousins would never have been given power. One where you can choose to live by your own will, not the will of someone else.

[Really making the world all the same isn't how to fix the problem of disagreements or wars. Kou's class system is flawed.]

[His family? She just glances at him silently as he explains himself. A witch haunting a family almost makes her think of Morgan.]

I see, then that is the ideal you fight for.

[It's probably for the best that he forgets to mention that witch is his mother. He always seems to leave her ties to Al Thaman out, either refers to directly as his mother or well, A witch. Neither of which are wrong.]

It is an opinion, a belief I will do anything for.

[Anything also means brainwashing soldiers to help him, taking a civil war to the capital of his country...so far it's paid off for him, at least as far as he's concerned. If this is what his brother meant when giving him the task or not is unknown.
