LIGHT

Warmth, love and kindness.
The Life Stream glimmers and glitters with joy, swirls of shimmering dust dancing around the ray of life.
It was time for new ones to test their wings.


One by one, new adventurers now arrive in the Tree. As one gain wings and rises to the second floor, another light brings in the next person. Soon, a steady stream of people from all kinds of worlds, times and realities come to join the others. Whether confused, angry, excited or scared, your arrival is welcomed with nothing but joy as the fireflies and glow worms descend to greet their new friends.

The Tree offers no explanation and no reason, but the truth is undeniable.

As you will soon realize, it isn't easy to be tiny.

"Of course not!" said Fuu. "In a situation like this, we should make proper introductions first. I'm Fuu Hououji." She bowed, maybe a little deeper than she would have if she wasn't talking to someone who looked like a princess and spoke of 'my kingdom'. "For someone who just received a pair of wings, you looked like you were handling them quite well."

"My name is Princess Peach-- I'm the ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom, but in a casual place like this, just Peach is fine by me. Fuu is a lovely name for a lovely young girl, by the by." It wasn't a name she was used to at all, but it was cute, like the girl in front of her.

"Oh! It's not the strangest thing I've been dealt with. You should see what some mushrooms do to you if you pick them up. Oh, or feathers... wings aren't so bad at all, in comparison!"

"Oh! Why, thank you." It was a very pretty compliment, and Fuu hoped that the blush would be taken as a response to it. Because this was Princess Peach of the Mushroom Kingdom and while Fuu could cope with being plucked out of one world and dumped in another, she had no idea what to think about the fact that she was meeting a real, actual character she'd known from a video game.

"It's lovely to meet you, Princess!" she went on, remembering her manners. "I think the mushrooms here must be very hard for us to actually pick up, at least."
